We offer students half-day and/or full-day opportunities to tour a job site, meet industry leaders, and learn from different trades, including framing, electrical, plumbing, installation and landscaping. Each trade stop provides a hands-on learning activity correlating to each trade.

Case Study

What Builders Bridge is doing is something we need - we need to find ways to fill the labor gap in the housing industry. And they are at the forefront on finding ways to do this.

With that said, what they’re doing is about so much more than finding labor; they’re getting students on a pathway to a job or career that a lot of schools are missing out on; they’re exposing them to possibilities and opportunities for growth.

They’re also giving them opportunities to learn life lessons on the job - lessons like showing up on time or appreciating how guys out here depend on you; hard work, disciple, change, flexibility.

It’s hard to find your way through, especially as you’re getting started. Builders Bridge provides those opportunities. When you open up your eyes to Builders Bridge, you’re giving yourself a chance and an opportunity - and satisfying the need that so many companies and businesses today are looking for.
